Shipping Policy

We're different from most other online retailers because we produce your product fresh to order! This means we do not keep finished inventory on hand and so we will add your order to our schedule for production as soon as possible. Once it is baked and ready to ship, you will receive a notification with courier tracking information.  Our preferred shipping courier is Purolator for the best time and predictability, but if you prefer a different shipping service, please let us know in your order notes or get in touch with us!

Our general rule for fitting your order into our schedule is based on the day your order is made:
- Order between Monday - Thursday --> your order will be baked and shipped for arrival the following week, with expected delivery by Friday at the latest.
- Order Friday - Sunday --> we will do our best to include your order the following week. However, most of the time our production schedule will already be full and so your order will ship the week after next week. For example for an order made on Fri 2Feb, it will be baked fresh and ship out during the week of 11Feb.

Typical shipping timeframes, once you receive shipment notification:
- LOWER MAINLAND, OKANAGAN, CALGARY & INTERIOR (expected 1 day shipping to all locations)
- VICTORIA, NANAIMO or EDMONTON (expected 2 day shipping to all locations)
- ALL OTHER LOCATIONS & RURAL LOCATIONS (expected 2-3 day shipping)
NOTE: if selecting Canada Post as shipping option, expect orders to take at least one extra day to arrive

LOCAL PICKUP:
If your order is for local pickup in Rossland, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup and note our hours for pickup are generally 9am - 4pm Mo-Th.

What's the cost for shipping?

Just wanted to give you a heads up that we require a minimum order value of $30 to qualify for shipping. For orders below $75, there will be a flat rate shipping fee. But here's some good news: all orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING! This promotion is only valid for British Columbia and Alberta, so make sure to stock up your freezer and take advantage of it!
