How can I request your products to be carried in my local store?

We are always happy to talk to retailers about offering our products in store.  Simply bring in our Grocer Product Request Form to the store manager at your local store and share a bit about us!

Why are alkeme gluten free bread products unique?

We take pride in using nutrient-rich ingredients and a wild fermentation processes, these components are what set us apart from the rest. Our breads are made using the traditional sourdough bread process, which is a slow food process that enhances the flavor and texture of our products. We believe in using only high-quality, gluten-free ancient grains - no filler rice flours, potato, or corn products - to ensure that our breads develop a superior taste and texture that goes beyond the scope of commercialized gluten-free offerings.

Is there shipping savings when placing a larger bread order?

Yes! Shipping is included for all orders $75+ and just $10 for orders below $75.

Are they certified gluten free & celiac safe?

Yes, they are. We're happy to let you know that all of our products are certified gluten-free by the Gluten Intolerance Group, and tested to 10 ppm or less.

Are they allergen safe?

We are excited to let you know that we have a dedicated allergen friendly facility that is free from the top 10 allergens, meaning our products are too! Our facility is dedicated gluten, peanut and tree nut free! We are also free from other common irritants for those who follow a gluten-free diet, such as corn, potato, and rice. However, we do need to let you know that our products do contain coconut.

Are your products vegan?

Certainly! All of our ingredients are 100% plant-based and free from any animal products or by-products.

Are the ingredients organic?

While some of our ingredients are organic, we cannot yet claim to be 100% organic. Nevertheless, we're excited to share that all of our products are Non-GMO Project Verified and are free from any unnatural ingredients. We truly believe in using simple, clean ingredients that you can recognize, so you know exactly what you're putting in your body.

How long are your products good for?

To get the best experience out of our gluten free bread products, we recommend consuming them within 5 days of receiving them (make sure to store them in a cool and dry place). If you'd like to extend their shelf-life, freezing them can keep them fresh for up to 6 months. If you're not quite sure about the best-by dates, no worries, just check the back of the package where our best by dates are listed.

Please keep in mind that home temperatures/humidity is varied which will effect the shelf-life.  So, for best results when you thaw the bread make sure to remove any moisture that is found in the bag as that will extend the shelf-life and reduce chances of early signs of mold which would be the sign to discard.

What’s the best way to prepare alkeme gluten free breads?

One thing we love about our gluten free sourdough bread products is that we never add any fillers or chemical preservatives. To get that fresh-from-the-oven taste and texture, all you have to do is toast them up. Just remember to thaw any frozen products before you start toasting. Enjoy!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
