We are looking for a talented Chef to help create beautifully presented plant based meals featuring Alkeme products. This person will work hand in hand with our Founder to develop concepts and recipes to focus on seasonal and local plant based cuisines.
We are looking for quarterly sessions (possibly more) to focus on the beautiful seasonality of ingredients. Each session would include at-least 10 dishes, and this individual will spend time:
- Planning and ideation phase
- Grocery shopping and sourcing from local community
- Food Prep prior to photo shoot
- Plating each dish
- This person will also be the Founder and photographer's right hand for staging on the day of the photo shoot
- This person will have access to a commercial kitchen facility for all cooking needs
