    Pizza night is back and better than ever! Our personal size gluten-free thin crust pizza bases cook up crisp with the perfect amount of chew. Pizza party, anyone?

    Naturally Cultured Sourdough Breads are light in flavor and serve as the perfect base for your pizza creation. Thin crust, with robust and dynamic flavour profile, accompanied by a hearty and wholesome texture that can stand up to any topping you can dream up.

    Real bread is best fresh and enjoyed over a few days. Make sure to store in a dry, cool place.

    We recommend that you enjoy within ~5 days of receiving your product, check the UNFROZEN Best By date to be sure or pop the product in the freezer to extend the shelf-life for up to 6 months. We have also listed a FROZEN date for you as well. Both of these can be found on the back of your package.

    When you are ready to prepare your pizza, heat your oven to 400F, make sure your crust is thawed, add toppings to your hearts desire and cook ~5-10 minutes.

    How many pizza crusts are in the package and what size are they?
    Each package contains 2 pizza crusts, each with a diameter of 10 inches. Please keep in mind that since they're hand-rolled, there may be slight differences between the two crusts, but we can assure you they'll both be delicious.

    Are they certified gluten free & celiac safe?
    We're happy to let you know that all of our products are certified gluten-free by the Gluten Intolerance Group, and tested to 10 ppm or less.

    Are they allergen safe?
    We are excited to let you know that we have a dedicated allergen friendly facility that is free from the top 10 allergens, meaning our products are too! We are also free from other common irritants for those who follow a gluten-free diet, such as corn, potato, and rice. However, we do need to let you know that our products do contain coconut.

    Are the ingredients organic?
    While some of our ingredients are organic, we cannot claim to be 100% organic at this time. Nonetheless, we are proud to say that all of our products are non-GMO Project Verified and free from unnatural ingredients. We believe in using simple, clean ingredients that you can recognize, so you know exactly what you're putting in your body.

    How long are they good for? Can they be frozen?
    To get the best experience out of our gluten free bread products, we recommend consuming them within 5 days of receiving them (make sure to store them in a cool and dry place). If you'd like to extend their shelf-life, freezing them can keep them fresh for up to 6 months. If you're not quite sure about the best-by dates, no worries, just check the back of the package where our best by dates are listed.

    What’s the best way to prepare this product?
    One thing we love about our gluten free products is that we never add any fillers or chemical preservatives. When cooking a frozen crust, the first step is to bring it to room temperature. Once your crust is at room temperature, preheat your oven to 375 F, add your desired toppings, and place the pizza on a baking sheet or directly on the oven rack. Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until your toppings have cooked/melted. Make sure to avoid overcooking the crust to achieve the best texture!
