How many bagels are in the package? Each package consists of 4 bagels.
Are they pre-sliced?
No, everyone likes to slice them differently so we have left the slicing up to you. 😊
Are they certified gluten free & celiac safe?
We're happy to let you know that all of our products are certified gluten-free by the Gluten Intolerance Group, and tested to 10 ppm or less.
Are they allergen safe?
Baked in our dedicated gluten-free facility with strict allergen protocols, Alkeme breads are made with care you can trust. Our products are top 11 allergen-free, and also made without corn, potato, or rice — so they fit beautifully into many sensitive diets. Please note: our products do contain coconut.
Are the ingredients organic?
While some of our ingredients are organic, we cannot claim to be 100% organic at this time. Nonetheless, we are proud to say that all of our products are non-GMO Project Verified and free from unnatural ingredients. We believe in using simple, clean ingredients that you can recognize, so you know exactly what you're putting in your body.
How long are they good for? Can they be frozen?
All products are frozen the same day they are produced to keep them as fresh as possible. As a natural product without preservatives or chemicals, the product is best kept frozen for 6 months from the production date. There is a Best Before date listed on our package.
What’s the best way to prepare this product?
One thing we love about our gluten free products is that we never add any fillers or chemical preservatives. To get that fresh-from-the-oven taste and texture, all you have to do is toast them up. Just remember to thaw any frozen products before you start toasting. Enjoy!
